Shopping with NANAMUSE
Contact: support@nanamuse.com. Product descriptions, available sizes and colours, and prices are shown on individual product pages. All store charges are in USD. Review your selected options, delivery address and total before placing your order.
Orders and payment
Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. If a product becomes unavailable or an order detail requires clarification, we will contact you. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Processing
Orders are processed within 3 days. Processing time is separate from transit time. Tracking information is provided when available after dispatch.

The available shipping service and final charge are shown for your address at checkout. For other destinations or remote-address questions, contact support@nanamuse.com before ordering. We do not promise a transit time that has not been confirmed by the carrier.
Taxes and duties
Any taxes charged by the store are shown at checkout. Import duties or carrier charges, where applicable, are separate unless explicitly included in your order.
Request a return
For US orders, contact support@nanamuse.com within 5 days after delivery to request a return. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. Please contact us before sending your parcel.

European consumer rights
Where applicable consumer law provides a 14-day right of withdrawal, you may notify us within 14 days after receiving your goods. Our 5-day US request window does not restrict mandatory consumer rights. To withdraw, send a clear statement to support@nanamuse.com with your order details.
For a statutory withdrawal, return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. We reimburse payments, including eligible standard outbound delivery charges, within 14 days of your notice; we may withhold reimbursement until the goods or evidence of dispatch are received. Any mandatory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Contact us for the return instructions and any applicable return-shipping arrangements. Please retain your dispatch receipt.
